At IWearStyle, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
14-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
To qualify for a refund:
• Item must be unworn and unused
• Tags must be attached
• Item must be in original condition and packaging
• Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Free U.S. Returns
We offer free return shipping on eligible U.S. orders.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Digital products, including downloadable style guides
Digital products are non-refundable due to instant access.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@iwearstyle.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return
• Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
